The right to cash payment as a constitutional right

Abstract: The text describes and analyzes individual proposals for changes to the constitutional order, which related to the right to pay in cash. It also states the status of their discussion. It familiarizes with the first amendment of the right to pay in cash at the constitutional level in Slovakia and some of the proposals constitutionally amending this right in other states (Slovenia). Likewise, it mentions the professional and political discussion on the suitability of the legal regulation of the right to cash payment at the constitutional level.
