The Effectiveness of the Costs to the Office of the Subscriber Lawyer in Civil Proceedings

Abstract: The article deals with the cost-effectiveness of civil proceedings arising from representation of a party lawyer, and having regard to the nature of the party itself. Based on the analysis of existing case law also defines the basic conditions that have resulted uselessness party representation by a lawyer. These conditions are then applied to selected types of participants to whom the existing case law does not clearly define.
