Abstract: The article aims to describe and evaluate the most significant errors in the procedures of the courts and health facilities in relation to the amendment detention proceedings adopted by the Act No. 404/2012 Coll. The article focuses on individual remedies of decisions issued during the proceedings concerning the admission or detention in a medical institution.
