Abstract: This paper is based on the uneven situation in different countries regarding the management of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this case, the indicator is the percentage of vaccination coverage of the state’s population and the significant contrast in these values among economically developed and developing countries. The text presents how the current situation is reflected within the international community and how the international community contributes to solving the unequal distribution of vaccines. Furthermore, the text focuses on the right to health, respectively on the right to vaccination, and examines their individual aspects (legal basis, responsibility, review mechanism and enforcement). Finally, the text addresses the actual state of vaccine distribution, issues of solidarity of the international community, and the interconnection of the individual parts of the paper.
