Abstract: The mechanism of the institutionalized overruling by the Grand Chamber has become one of the key defining features of the case law of the Supreme Administrative Court. The paper describes some aspects of the activity of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Administrative Court, including control over compliance with the duty to send issues to the Grand Chamber and the issue of selecting judges of the Supreme Administrative Court into the Grand Chamber.
