Abstract: The article deals with application of the exclusion clauses under Article 1 F of the Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees on terrorist suspects. It analyses the judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union in the case of B and D, which specified certain questions relating to the exclusion of these persons from refugee status. Then it turns to the relevant decision-making in the EU member states after this judgment.
