Abstract: The paper discusses the issue of appellate court decisions in civil cases after the conceptual amendment to the institute an appeal. The paper is focused on the Supreme Court decisions and the possibility to change the Supreme Court decision, respectively the conversion of an appellate proceedings to a system of revisions.
