A Revive of a Legal Act

Abstract: The text deals with reviving of the legal regulation, which had been abolished by the legal regulation subsequently abolished by the Constitutional Court. The text shows nonuniform kind of solution. The text works on the following principle – the cancelled legal regulation will not revive after cancelling of the regulation which had it cancelled earlier, unless otherwise stated by an act.
